Riding the Waves or Caught in the Tide?

In augustus vond het IFLA Congres plaats in Lyon. Ruim 4000 deelnemers waren present. Een van de trajecten die voorgesteld werd, was de vraag aan nationale organisaties om het trendrapport te gebruiken voor de agendasetting en discussie in eigen land. Denemarken en Oostenrijk zijn hiermee al aan de slag gegaan.
